So another birthday over and done with! Thats me 25, and I feel old, I know I’m not but it’s just me! Makes me think of things differently, silly I know, but it honestly does. Weird what another day and number can do to you……..

I have matured recently I think?…..Although I can still act like a spoilt brat when I want, James would tell you that. Although I have grown in some ways, in some other ways I still need to work on some area’s like taking people like my partner James for granted, I can be mean to him at times, yet he must really love me to put up with me, yet he must know deep down I love him just as much if not more. In life we have to take people’s good and bad points. Love and respect speaks for every thing.

Do you  know I think I’ve find my own anwer! I need to stop being hard on myself and learn to love the person that I am. If I concentrate on all that I do thats good, the good will continue, and hopefully the bad will fade away. Another thing we can’t all be perfect, and I guess I’m not the only one.

Last year was a better year, Although I believe could of been a little better….This year is going to be completely different. I’m wanting to make many changes, lots. I’ve seen things about myself that I do and do not like. I’m going to concentrate on the postive and not dwell on the negative. This year is about serenity, finding inner peace. I wish I just knew where to start. For some time now serenity is all I have yearned for, my problem is I think I’m imaging something that out of reach, yet it’s proberly staring me right in the face.

How do you become a different person? How do you change the way you think and feel?….

Kelstouch are now attending Gossip Hair Studio every Friday (also other days customers can’t make). The Salon is lovely as the staff are great, they make you feel welcome and are just fun and great to be around! Claire used to be known as Claire Wilson now Claire Thomson, she is lovely. Claire is an experienced, self employed Stylist has been for 15 years. Claire opened up the salon in January this year and is as busy has ever! Also working in Gossip is David a qualified Stylist and Nicole Gossip’s number one Junior!!!!!!!!

I don’t really have much to say really Life’s pretty fine at the moment, I’ve just been pottering around working in St.Andrews & doing my Therapies which you all know I love. My Therapies are doing well each time I ask the angels help in getting me clients they do just that! As always they are more than welcome to lend a helping hand.

I have been spending a lot of time in nature recently, in my garden, me and James have been doing up our garden it’s nice seeing it come on. I love the thought of spending time with nature angels in the garden, I love this sunny weather It makes me want to get up & do things rather than lazing about. I feel like I have more energy more vitality! I like that word, it’s refreshing & uplifting, just the thing we need!!

Anyway I hope you all enjoy the nice weather & make sure you all get out in the warm fresh air, spend time in nature, connect with your earth angels, ask them to help you with the garden you’ll be suprised at how inspired you will feel, take care

Today it hit me how short life can be, especially at this moment in time for Jade Goody who is suffering with cervicle cancer. To all who read this can you please send out loving thoughts to Jade and her family and to anybody who is suffering with any illness or you just would like to reach out to a loved one please feel free to do so….

When I was thinking today It made merealise about how at times we can take things for granted, it made me realise just how quick our life could turn around in such little time, thats why we need to let loved ones know how much we care each day, it doesn’t have to be anything to big just a simple I Love You or a hug or a little peck on the cheek….Or if you live a distance away send out a loving thought, email or call but remember those special I Love You words or just tell them you care. Such simpleness can mean so much, you never know they may say I Love You back…..

Well I turned 24 yesterday! I got lots of nice presents and 3 lovely bunches of flowers, which I love. At night James took me out for a meal which again was lovely…I Just want to say thank you to all that wished me a Happy Birthday ~ Angel Blessings love Kelly xxx
